(http://www.shoppingblog.com/pics/acropolis_museum_athens_0609.jpg) A new "hypermodern" museum at the base of the Acropolis in Athens Greece was just recently built to convince Britain to give back the 2,500 year old Elgin or Parthenon Marbles.
These statues were taken out of Greece in the early 1800's. For many years Britain has argued that Greece does not have the proper facilities to display and preserve the sculptures.
Well thanks to this magnificent new museum Greece has proven Britain wrong!
